Summer hut roughly 430x430 x230 High. 6 double glazed windows and a double door (corner angle location)
Inside a largely unused Catalina Spa hot tub. The previous owners (5 years) did not use this. As far as we can tell it was installed around 2011.
it looks in remarkably good condition and has been within the summer house not outside but apart from this we can not say anything further than that.
There is some cosmetic deterioration to the front near the doors but it looks very minor. As far as we can tell the house will need dismantling and reassembly.
